Case Details
A 3,300-square-meter logistics warehouse in Thailand struggled with inadequate lighting from its old 150W metal halide high bay fixtures. The dim, uneven illumination created dark spots between 8-meter-high storage racks, slowing down order picking and increasing forklift accident risks during night shifts. High energy consumption and frequent bulb replacements also added to operational costs.

We installed 132 units of our 50W LED High Bay Lights, which deliver 220 lm/W efficacy and 6000K daylight color temperature. These fixtures replaced the old metal halide lamps, providing uniform vertical and horizontal illumination across all storage levels with a 120° beam angle.

The upgrade cut lighting energy consumption by 65%, saving the warehouse $11,500 annually on electricity bills. With a 50,000-hour lifespan, maintenance costs dropped by 85%, eliminating the need for monthly bulb replacements.

This solution proves our LED High Bay Lights are ideal for high-ceiling logistics facilities, combining energy efficiency, durability, and enhanced workplace safety.
