Case Details
A 4,200-square-meter garment factory in Indonesia faced persistent issues with its outdated 18W fluorescent tube lighting. The flickering, dim illumination across sewing lines and quality inspection stations led to frequent stitching errors, eye strain for workers, and high maintenance costs from bi-monthly bulb replacements.

We installed 525 units of our 4W LED Tube Lights, delivering 200 lm/W efficacy and 5000K daylight color temperature. These flicker-free tubes replaced the old fluorescent fixtures, providing uniform, glare-free light tailored to the precision needs of garment assembly.

The upgrade reduced lighting energy consumption by 75%, saving the factory $9,800 annually on electricity bills. With a 50,000-hour lifespan, maintenance costs dropped by 90%, eliminating frequent replacements.
